這(zhe)些新能源汽(qi)車用薄膜(mo)電(dian)容器(qi)(qi)額定電(dian)壓范圍200~1200VDC,電(dian)容量范圍200~2000μF,可(ke)以為10KW~160KW不同功率(lv)等級的EV/HEV電(dian)驅控制器(qi)(qi)提供膜(mo)電(dian)容解決(jue)方案。
這些新能源汽(qi)車用薄膜(mo)電容均采用金屬化聚丙烯薄膜(mo)設計,具有優良的自愈特性,可以有效(xiao)避免由于過電壓導致產(chan)品擊穿;電容的工作溫度(du)范(fan)圍可達-40~105℃。
采用獨l創的設計及制造技術,這些電容器的串聯等效電阻ESR極低(低至0.1mΩ以下),有效值電流持續荷載能力高達250A以上。
這些新能源(yuan)汽車用(yong)薄(bo)膜電容(rong)器(qi)(qi)都具有(you)很小的串聯等效電感(低至5nH以下),而(er)且一般均采用(yong)內置疊層母排技(ji)術。特別適用(yong)于(yu)與IGBT的直聯式安裝,完全可(ke)以省略常規必(bi)須的緩沖電容(rong)器(qi)(qi)、直流母排,大大簡化安裝結構和安裝程(cheng)序,而(er)且控制器(qi)(qi)的緊(jin)湊(cou)程(cheng)度大幅度提(ti)高(gao)。
按照客(ke)戶的需要(yao),可以在電(dian)容(rong)器內部(bu)集成抑制共模干擾(rao)的“Y”電(dian)容(rong)。
